Supportive Care

Osprey Village Health and Wellness

Osprey Village has been thoughtfully planned to encourage every resident's enjoyment of life in a community that fosters dignity and supports developing friendships. Providing the services, comfort, and reassurance of a warm, home-like atmosphere allows our residents to enjoy an active, happy life.

Enhanced Living, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer&rsquo, wellness program. Osprey offers Home Health services, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer's Care, each supported by an unsurpassed Wellness Program. Osprey Village provides a life experience rich in activity, freedom and the kind of personal care that respects one's desire to live independently. Our programs, designed to enhance the quality of life while maintaining dignity, support not only the member, but the family as well.

Assisted Living at Osprey Village enjoys the highest licensure available and is designated for Extended Congregate Care. As an ECC provider, Osprey Village maintains nursing services and staffing levels that allow our members to age in place and enjoy their independence, dignity, choice, and decision making.

Assisted Living and Alzheimer's Care each offer private accommodations and private baths and is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our programs are overseen by a medical director and director of nursing (a licensed R.N.).

Independent members enjoy health related services such as physical therapy, therapeutic exercise, blood pressured checks, and other noninvasive assistance. Through Live Long WellCare, we can provide supportive services, including therapy ordered by your private physician, without leaving the comfort of your home. If supportive services are required for an extended time, we can assist there as well.
