Osprey Village at Amelia Island Plantation Hires Starling as Wellness Coordinator

Amelia Island, Fla., September 2, 2008 - Osprey Village at Amelia Island Plantation, a master-planned, full-service retirement community, has charged Lynne Starling with the role of Wellness Coordinator

As Wellness Coordinator, Starling is responsible for implementing standards of exercise, wellness and senior health on the Osprey Village campus. She will design age-appropriate fitness classes and perform personal training to help residents build or maintain strength, balance, flexibility and endurance.

Starling has spent 20 years in the fitness industry as an instructor, personal trainer, new instructor trainer and senior specialist. Prior to joining the staff at Osprey Village, she worked as the HAO facilitator for the Humana Active Outlook Program; HAO facilitator and Instructor Coordinator for Healthways, Inc. and Group Fitness Coordinator for Williams YMCA.
