Osprey Villas Reach Topping Out Milestone

Osprey Village, Amelia Island, Fla. - Osprey Villas at Osprey Village, an active retirement, independent and assisted living community, has reached its latest construction milestone with its topping out ceremony Thursday, January 24.

Marking the importance of the event were: Jack Healan, president, and Norman Bray, executive vice president, both of Amelia Island Plantation which provides sales and marketing support; Mike Boyle, Nassau County Commissioner; Donald Thompson, President, Stewart Wiley, VP of marketing and sales, Aniello Salierno, vice president of operations, and Rob Burgess, vice president of development, all of Senior Living Communities, owners of Osprey Village; Anne Jones, director of marketing and sales and Matt Younger, executive director, both of Osprey Village; Scott Parker, president, Andy Hardaker, project manager, Chase Brown, assistant project manager, all of Elkins Construction.

“Elkins is glad to provide this new addition to the Osprey Village community and Amelia Island,” said Andy Hardaker, project manager for Elkins Construction, Osprey Villas.  “With the topping out celebration today, we achieved another milestone ahead of schedule and are on target to be complete early this fall.
